Crap Don't work

So I thought that if we added the weights it would let us combine multiple networks into one.
It isn't working right now either:

1. I am dead wrong.
2. I am adding the weights wrong.
   Here is where I need you to double check.

We need to use a compatible back propagation technique. Resilient back propagation seems to be one viable solution: https://github.com/encog/encog-javascript/blob/master/encog.js#L1728
