Appointment booking form [question/feature request]

Is there a method for linking a website form to book an appointment; some api functions to check on availability and to book would be very useful!

That's a great idea, I have been thinking about adding API support, but I'm not 100% sure yet how I'm gonna approach it, as it also needs to be documented etc.
