The Bitcoin Design Guide has been a resource for many builders.
Now it is 2026 and we would like to first conduct some research so that we may use research to lead strategy for the Bitcoin Design Guide.

Questions we are asking:

• Does the Bitcoin Design Guide suit the current age where developers are building using AI
• How can the landing page and or navigation of the Bitcoin Design Guide be improved to guide builder to find what they need straight away?

This is a UXR-driven rethink of Bitcoin.Design
Research
We will conduct interviews with bitcoin builders using AI extensively in their workflow
Synthesise interviews

Strategy & planning

• Create a UX strategy for Bitcoin.Design with website improvements based on research findings possibly covering:

1. Suggesting creating skill.md files for much of the content which agents can execute.
2. Adding skill.md file of user stories
3. Improving homepage language and navigation toward builders who are using AI
4. File Github issues on Bitcoin Design Guide repo covering the implementation of the suggested strategy

This issue will be updated as the project gains more structure.
