r-modelsummary missing from repo after PR #325 merge

Summary

r-modelsummary was added in #325 (merged 2026-05-11) at version 2.6.0, but the package is missing from the public BioArchLinux repo. Sibling packages from the same PR (r-tinytable, r-tables) were built and are present.

Observed

• pacman -Si r-modelsummary → error: package 'r-modelsummary' was not found
• https://repo.bioarchlinux.org/x86_64/ contains r-tinytable-0.16.0-2, r-tables-0.9.33-2, but no r-modelsummary-* at all
• BioArchLinux/r-modelsummary/PKGBUILD is still at pkgrel=1 (Lilac never bumped to -2 like it did for the sibling packages)

Local reproduction

In BioArchLinux/r-modelsummary/:

• makepkg -f --verifysource passes (md5 + b2 match CRAN's modelsummary_2.6.0.tar.gz)
• makepkg -f completes successfully and produces r-modelsummary-2.6.0-1-any.pkg.tar.zst
• All repo_depends are installable from BioArchLinux at sufficient versions (r-tinytable 0.16.0, r-tables 0.9.33, r-checkmate 2.3.4, r-parameters 0.29.0, r-performance 0.13.0, r-insight 1.5.0, etc.)

CRAN modelsummary 2.6.0 has no SystemRequirements, no compilation, and matches the merged PKGBUILD checksums.

Ask

Could a maintainer check the Lilac build log for r-modelsummary and retry the build? Happy to push a fix if there's something specific the log shows.

You can check the build status of pkgs in build.bioarchlinux.org I guess it hasn't been built

The current r-modelsummary build log shows:

MissingDependencies({'r-tables'})

r-tables now appears to have built successfully as 0.9.33-2, so I think r-modelsummary only needs to be requeued/rebuilt. Could someone please trigger a rebuild?

some dependencies of r-performance was failed so I pushed fix for them. now its all dependencies were fixed.
