Publicate to cloud

Publicate my solution to cloud and use observability tools in cloud too.

Set the environment so I can use it for my other projects but just change as much as possible settings(i mean for observability tools)

Maybe write code this way so it can be run in dev and in prod. In dev I can use observability tools as windows apps or I can run my app in container.

In "prod like" they will be just publicated to Azure or something like this(maybe on AWS)
