Describe the bug

When you get a Mushroom related block (oneblock module), and you break the mushroom block, no new block appears. This only happens when the next block is also a mushroom related block.

@GwnNiksou I don't have that problem. Maybe after setting the mushroom block you spawn the mob but don't set the block, or set a non-existent block? Send your phase file

Also having this issue currently as of 1.21.11 - mushroom phases the block dissappears every single block.

I can't seem to replicate the issue myself.
I am using default config values, idyll phase, block 51
