Assess and extend static analyzers

To include:

• Assess current coverage of SA tooling
• Can/should it be extended?

This should of course be done in collaboration with the security team. They may have ideas here that they simply don't have the bandwidth to address.

The tools in their existing form are incredibly valuable but they're also limited. Broadly speaking, they can say whether there are components within a circuit that are completely disconnected, but not whether things are connected precisely as intended or in a way that makes the logic sound. Any additional "intelligence" that we can bake into the tools to that end would be valuable.
