Continuous Error

Quick summary

I keep getting errors when trying to create a site with the WordPress studio. It loads for some time then displays error and stays in that state. I've uninstalled it and Installed back but same issue.

Steps to reproduce

1. Start the Studio app.
2. Click on 'Add site'.
3. Wait for it to load & Crash.

What you expected to happen

The new site form shows up.

What actually happened

After Loading to create site it just displays an error instead

Hi @London-Joe - thank you for reporting the issue. Would you be able to click on Open Studio Logs option from your screenshot and share with us here the logs? This will help us to look into the issue.

Additionally, from what I see on your screenshot, it seems that you are using Windows, is that right?

Hi @London-Joe I was wondering if you had a chance to give it another try? We recently added new logging to Studio which might gives us more details about the failures that are happening.

Hi I uninstalled the app and then installed it back through my Microsoft store and it’s working now. The one I was using before was downloaded from Wordpress studio website directly but I don’t really think that’s why it was crashing, because I used it for a while before I started having that issue.
