By accessing the Software herein, you (and the organization you represent) ("You") acknowledge and agree that the use
of the Software and open source software are governed by (1) the End User License Agreement found at
https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/about/legal/cloud-and-software/end_user_license_agreement.html and the applicable Product
Specific Terms found at https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/about/legal/cloud-and-software/software-terms.html or (2) any
other superseding agreement between Splunk AppDynamics, or its parent company Cisco Systems, Inc., as applicable, and You.
References to End User in such agreements shall mean You.
