This shows up when running the tests:

Importing from "vitest/environments" is deprecated since Vitest 4.1. Please use "vitest/runtime" instead.

It comes from @nuxt/test-utils that still depends on vitest version 4.0.18 and imports from "vitest/environments", while nuxt-spec already pulled version 4.1.0.

Should be fixed there with next deps update - nuxt/test-utils#1620 (comment)
