- Joe to develop a proposed process for submitting papers or presentations to conferences by date TBD. (May 18 2023 meeting
- Michelle to add ongoing monthly agenda item to discuss any upcoming conferences (May 18 2023 meeting
- Sijia to create a GitHub issue regarding multiprocessing and memory issues (May 18 2023 meeting
- Michelle to add a future agenda items to 1) discuss results of implementation of changes related to memory usage and 2) interim check-in to discuss approach before executing. (May 18 2023 meeting
- Jeff to make a first pass at proposed changes to the governance documentation to better reflect what we do now. This will be brought to the consortium to decide whether or not what we do now is the best path forward and that the document should be updated (from Sept 8 meeting).
- Jeff to isolate the SEMCOG extension incorporation and create a separate pull request for review (from November 3 meeting.
- Jeff to release v1.2.1 with PopulationSim.
