25-04 Configuration file is specified in excel, and then processed to yml file for the optimization class
- BUG: some weirdness in the training during ml_assisted libtransformation
- FIX: if libraries become too large, ml_assisted libtransformation requires downsampling. We do not want to make an combinatorial space first and then downsample, but likely we want to construct samples from the library elements.

- Specify which data we want to save along the optimization process. --> The library transformation probabilities (pkl). --> The data generated in the process (pkl). --> Perhaps also the best strain
