Gemfile.lock specifies a yanked version of newrelic_rpm

Gemfile.lock specifies a yanked version of newrelic_rpm, namely newrelic_rpm 3.5.6.46, which causes bundle install to fail.

$bundle install
Fetching source index from https://rubygems.org/
Could not find newrelic_rpm-3.5.6.46 in any of the sources

I have to manually replace it by a newer version to get bundle install working properly.

Typically, what I do is adjust the version in my Gemfile locally, run bundle (which updates Gemfile.lock), and then commit those files, push, and deploy.
