Script is broken

Script has been broken since January 8, 2024. I've already told you, but here I opened an issue. I offered you help, which you obviously do not want. Fix your stuff or take it down, so people don't try using it.

We asked you to make some changes to the PR so we could INCLUDE YOUR FIXES without messing up other parts of the project and without including your funding configuration (which is extremely sketchy on a fan-works project, by the way). We appreciate the desire to help, and the fact that Miepee took time to review the PR is a significant sign that we did want it! If we didn't want your assistance, we'd have just closed the PR instead.

If you had a problem with some of the requests that were made during review, you could have discussed it on the PR instead of closing the whole thing, posting a rant on our Discord, and then following up with this fairly whiny issue. All you're accomplishing by this conduct is drastically reducing our patience for Android users and any likelihood of working with you in the future.

As soon as someone of us gets the time and motivation, we will look further into fixing it. Since that's expected to take a while, Pull Requests for this are most definitely welcome.

Fix your stuff or take it down, so people don't try using it

There would be more harm in having this repo deleted, then it being in a broken state. Having the source code readily available means that anyone with a bit of android and bash scripting knowledge is able to fix it, rather than just us. And that is more valuable.

Also definitely unsure where you got the impression that we didn't appreciate the Pull Request. Not sure if there's maybe still some misunderstanding, but review comments and doing a back-n-forth with changes is totally normal procedure and very much expected on GitHub. If you're not interested in that, but instead are more into "Here are my changes that fixes it. Don't care what you do with it, but I won't put more effort into it"-approach (which is totally valid too!) it's more common to instead send a git patch into a newly created issue, as that makes your intentions more upfront and clearer. Your now closed PR basically achieves that.
Hopefully that clears things up a bit. TLDR; not opposed to PRs, but review comments will happen.

Ok. I can't come up with a real good solution that is the same as svn was. You can download a premade zip, but that's not ideal. There are ways to use git. But they seem to normally download the whole repo even if we just want the data folder.

When someone else has the time to either send a PR and address reviews, or when we get the time to push to the default branch.
