[FEATURE] Tournament Infos and Organisations

Add more infos to display them on the tournament page. For Example:

Logo
Categories (LAN, Location Event, Online Event, League,...)
Homepage (for a LAN where you got to buy tickets for example)
Location (maybe with google maps integrated in an own Tab)
Prices (just Text fields that can say "#1: €1000,-", "#2: €500,-",... and are displayed in the tournaments tab and in the tournaments infos)

Also consider Organisation Teams. Admins could set teams as Organisation Teams. When set this teams should show up in a tournaments Organizers Tab to add. When added all users in that team are set as Tournament Orgas for that tournament and the Organisation Team is shown in the tournaments preview in the tournaments tab

Also i would request additional Tournament Settings, like:

Winner Bracket Advantage for the Final Match (in Map Points)
mp_halftime_pausematch for Tournament Matches. In case you are streaming and want a bigger halftime brake for commercials for example
mp_round_restart_delay for Tournament Matches. Same as Halftime pausematch. For example for Replays
