FlyGallery! App - Privacy Policy

App Name: FlyGallery! App

Version: starting with version 6.0.0

Effective Date: [1 January 2026]

1. What Data Does the App Collect?

The app does not collect, store, or transmit any personal user data.

It requests access to the following system features:

  • Pictures Library – to view and manage photos.

  • Music Library – to play audio files.

  • Videos Library – to play video files.

  • Removable Storage (USB, SD cards) – to access files on external drives.

The app has no internet access, so no data is sent to any servers.

2. How Is This Data Used?

The app uses file access only locally for:

  • Displaying media files (photos, music, videos).

  • Playing audio and video content.

  • Copying, moving, or deleting files.

No data is stored outside the user’s device.

3. Is Data Shared with Third Parties?

No. The app does not send data online or share it with other apps/services.

4. What Permissions Are Required?

The app requests standard UWP capabilities:

  • Pictures Library (picturesLibrary).

  • Music Library (musicLibrary).

  • Videos Library (videosLibrary).

  • Removable Storage (removableStorage).

These permissions are unrelated to internet access or personal data collection.

5. Changes to This Privacy Policy

If this policy is updated, the new version will be published on the Microsoft Store.
