感谢反馈，目前的逻辑是这样的：更新日志是根据 面板运行区域 从对应的文档资源中获取的。如果在全球区域强制显示中文内容，可能需要跨区域访问资源，存在网络访问不稳定的情况，因此目前统一按运行区域进行控制。

后续版本我们可能会考虑增加相关设置，例如：更新日志和官网等地址是根据 系统语言 还是 运行区域 来控制。
