Too many mcp tools .Can we disable some tools?

This is a great project. However, I noticed a problem, the number of MCP tools that LLMs can accept is limited, and hexstrike-ai has 150+ MCP tools, is there a way to disable some of them, or is there some ways to limit the number of MCP tools exposed to LLM? Or hexstrike-ai can achieve this by simply decreasing the actual tools we provide to hexstrike-ai?
The LLM I'm currently using gives me an error: The number of MCP tools has exceeded the limit.

Reason: Invalid'tools: array too long. Expected an array with maximum length 128, but got an array with length 152 instead.(request id:2025121819344145494482812ryQfcT)(request id: 20251218193441440022584pLzL3hOv)|错误码: array.above max length|HTTP 429

this is not a hexstrike-ai issue make some search and use application that give you options to enable disable tools

Which LMM are you using for your hex-strike?

I use OpenAI, gpt-5. but I use a third-party API proxy (it's still a bit difficult to connect directly to the OpenAI API in China, I am just a poor student ,I don't have a international visa card ), I cannot rule out the possibility that the issue is caused by the API service I am connecting to.
I will try some other approaches to resolve this issue. Maybe add a layer to filter mcp tools? Anyway thanks for your replies.

I just did it with local ollama install together with ollmcp to connect to hexstrike.
You have to modify the model to increase the context size.
I used llama3.1
Create a Modelfile with content
FROM llama3.1 PARAMETER num_ctx 32768 PARAMETER temperature 0.1
Then run
ollama create llama3-pentest -f Modelfile
Then run ollmcp with json and newly created model. Works for me so far.

Alternatively you can unselect every single model in ollmcp using the 'tools' command.
